It's early morning, a young adult is sitting on a couch in an old run down store playing a game on an old handheld. He looks over at some rollerskates he's not wearing and look over at his phone and checks the time. He sighs. "I guess no one is gonna show up... man, I was really hoping we could finally start working on this place, but I guess it was a dumb idea. No one seemed even remotely interested-" A door nearby is opened and another guy walks in. He's wearing a dark green hoodie and is carrying his own set of skates. "Hey Topaz. I decided to at least come over and check this place out. I haven't seen it yet but hey, it might just be the hangout we needed." He looks around and sees the two floors and some extra rooms. "This place is really run down, but I think we could get some work done. Levi will be here later with some spray paint so we can make this place look much better." Tokyo-To was a famous city over in Japan known for it's story of how a gang of Rudies called the GGs managed to take down a huge corporation for trying to take over the city. But Tokyo-To wasn't the only place on the map with Rudies pulling fast tricks. Over in another country, Rudies were also pretty common, with the most famous from a city called Stampede. However, south-east from that city there was a smaller city called Chinook where there were less problems and a bit more of an open Rudie scene. But there was still action going on. The city was mostly split between three different parts being the west-side which was the turf of the Hurricanes, the south-side which was the turf of the Showcase and the north-side which was more or less just filled with a bunch of small gangs trying to take the title of the main gang in the area. The most prominent gang was a gang called Galaxies, but soon enough Galaxies may have their title removed by a new gang of Rudies calling themselves Neutral
